We have sessions dedicated to interview facing skills in which a video cd will be provided to help you practice and prepare for interviews.

You will be exposed to the right pronunciation both through the software and the instructors from day one. Our endeavor is to provide a neutral accent in class.

You will learn to speak grammatically correct English in every session in different situations.

What if I do not speak well at the end of the course?

In the unlikely event of your not being able to speak fluently at the end of the course you will be allowed to sit through another 12 classes free.

What material will I get.

The student kit will include the following : Course material – a set of 2 books, CDs for interview skills and group discussions will be provided on completion of the course. Students who successfully complete the program will be given access to Orator's advanced web learning centre.

Yes, on completing the course successfully you will be given a certificate.

Is there an eligibility test for the course?

Orator program is designed for students who can read English reasonably well but have difficulty in speaking the language. Therefore you should be able to read English and you should have completed your school final.

Orator Classes are of 2 hours, three days a week for a batch. You may choose to take up assignments for batches of your convenience.

What is my earning potential?

Your earnings could range between Rs 4000/- - Rs 5000/- per batch of 20 students per month depending on the location of the centre. You could take on as many batches as possible.

Who can become an Orator Franchisee?

One who has the passion to teach and the ability to market the product to get a continuous stream of students to the centre. The candidate must have a long term view of developing the business qualitatively and must add value to the students.

What is the investment required to take up an Orator Franchise.

Franchisee aspirants with existing infrastructure:
• One time franchisee fee of Rs 50, 000/-
• initial marketing expense of Rs 15,000/-
• 1 PC with LCD monitor/Projector

Start up Franchisees: In addition to the above
• 2 Class rooms of atleast 250 sqft each with one reception area.
• Furniture : Chairs with writing flaps, White board

What is the Franchisee Fee?

Rs 50,000/- for a fresh franchisee and Rs 45,000/- for an existing SIPIAN.

SIP will from time-to-time evaluate the business potential of the area and assign geographies/institutions to make the program viable and profitable.

Training: Will I be provided Training for conducting classes?

Yes. SIP provides a 2 day training for the course instructors who have been approved by SIP to conduct classes at the franchisee centre.

SIP believes in a cluster approach to marketing and will continuously support its franchisees to run activities on a cost sharing basis.

Will I get other products from SIP if I become a franchisee?

Each product of SIP will determine the right franchisee for that business and if one qualifies on other aspects having one of SIP products will not be a deterrent to taking up other products of SIP.
