How is MiKids different from learning English in School?

Schools focus more or reading and writing. MiKids focus more speaking and reading.
Normal school curriculum covers only letter sounds. MiKids teaches the phonic sounds and the blend sounds along with letter sounds. This is very essential to make the children to become an independent reader

Individual attention will be given to all children. Classroom activities are based on role plays and are planned in such a way that it motivates children to be a part of it. Every child is encouraged to speak and the teachers are well trained to do this. To facilitate this process the batch sizes are kept at an optimal level.

Language is a skill. Like Music, Dance, Marshall Arts, language cannot be learnt in a week or a month. Language skills are acquired over a period of time. Also, MiKids covers a wide range of topics which helps children to acquire knowledge along with vocabulary.
Apart from language skills MiKids also covers interpersonal skills and intra personal skills.

How much time it will take for my child to speak in English?

The child will start speaking from day one. However you will notice significant improvement only at the end of the first level. This is because the child should acquire a reasonable vocabulary base to talk fluently.

My child is 10 years old shall I enroll my child?

No. This programme is only for children between 4 & 7 years of age.

Do children have to do home work?

Not really. However children have a work book to complete in every level. This helps them to reinforce what they learn in the class room.
